  • Can I bring personal designs to you for custom orders?
    Absolutely! We love when you use your creativity and allow us to help you with your projects and vision!
  • What payment methods do you accept in your shop?
    In our retail store, we accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience.
  • What is the standard Turn Around Time (TAT)?
    Turn around time is going to vary depending on the services that are being provided. Printed invites, will take a shorter time frame than any of our start to finish services. Most listings will have turn around time listed in the descriptions. But, if you are ever unsure, don't be afraid to ask!
  • Do you charge a design fee for orders?
    The short answer is usually no! The only time a design fee is charged, is if it is something I design and you want the file to go elsewhere for printing or to have products made! For example, you're wanting a digital invitation to either share via messaging, or to print on your own, in this case, yes I will charge for the design. Beyond that, I typically do NOT charge a fee if it is something I need to design to make your order come to life!
